In the event you decide that you would like to return an item to us for a refund, we will be more than happy to refund your purchase without a problem. You may return to us any product that has not been opened within 14 days of receiving the product, and you will receive a full refund. We do ask that you contact us as soon as you are returning an item to request from us a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). If an item is delivered to you damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, we do ask that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving it, so that we can issue a call tag for the merchandise and resolve the issue with you immediately.
